The house across the street is for sale again. It has been vacant for a few years with a brief stay by some tenants for a few months this past year. The inside is beautiful. It has been updated and remodeled and it is light and airy and all the things it wasn’t before. And while I’m looking forward to having new neighbors after all this is over. I’m going to miss the dandelions.
Not enough to let my own get crazy overgrown, mind you…just enough to want to go across and take some pictures before they’re all gone. Nobody (meaning me) wants to see all that.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt inclined to go photograph a flower either though… so there’s that. I am particularly fond of one or two that might end up on my Instagram account, though!
I did learn one important thing on the way back in the front door. The shrub next to my door was pretty interesting, too. I’ve never really looked at it like this before and I might have to go back outside and do this again, tomorrow.
